Burst’s adConductor ad management platform is the core to all of Burst Media’s operations, and is sold to web publishers and ad networks to manage their advertising operations. This product has been around for over 6 years and is the part of the company that makes sure we deliver what we sell. The technology has been continuously enhanced since it was first developed in the pioneering days of online advertising in 1995, and offers the most comprehensive solution in the business. As a standalone offering, adConductor is growing rapidly, and works with well known companies such as TACODA (a division of AOL), Reed Business Information, and Christian Science Monitor.
adConductor is on the lookout for technology experts and a professional service staff to ensure that adConductor customers – including Burst Direct and Burst Network – get the best service possible.
The position of Client Development Associate is at the core of our company. This position directly interfaces with Sales, Traffic, Marketing, Publisher Services and most importantly, our customer: the Advertiser/Ad Agency.
In this position, a person will begin developing strong client relationships with Advertisers and Ad Agencies after a campaign has been sold by our Sales Team. Using our proprietary tools, the CD will learn what makes a campaign run well and perform to meet the advertiser's goal. Using our optimization tools, the CD will develop insight and techniques to maximize the effeiciency of each campaign. The CD will also have the responsibility of communicating on a regular basis with the client about how the campaigns are running and offer recommendations for enhancements.
In this role you will work closely with the Sales team to renew or up-sell customers at the end of each campaign. This is an exciting position that offers tremendous opportunity for upward mobility throughout the company.

The Internet Advertising Account Manager is responsible for managing advertiser and publisher relationships on an ad network.
This position requires an avid interest in the Internet and familiarity with current web trends in the web design, security/privacy, and web communities.

Medical Insurance– we offer Blue Cross/Blue Shield as our health care provider. The coverage is 3 tiered and covers all of your medical needs.
Dental Insurance– Burst Media has 2 dental plans, basic and premium. This plan is offered through Guardian Insurance and is a 2 tiered plan.
Life Insurance – All employees are covered up to one year of their salary and the employee may chose to supplement this for themselves as well as their spouse or children.
Disability Coverage– Burst offers both short term and long term disability. Short term disability coverage begins after a 2 week absence for work. It covers 60% of your salary up to $1,500 a week and the coverage period is 90 days. If you need to be out longer than 90 days then Long term disability will begin for up to a year.
401K Plan – The company matches a portion of an employees contribution and the plan is available on-line. This gives you complete control over all funds offered and the ability to move your money around at anytime. You are fully vested after 6 years.
Flexible Spending Account – We offer both health care reimbursement up to $1,500 per year and dependent care reimbursement up to $5,000 per year.
Paid Time Off – Every new employee starts with ten vacation days their first year, prorated from their hire date, which accrues. At every anniversary the employee starts accruing an extra day. All employees are awarded five sick days per year, prorated from their hire date.
Holidays – Burst has eleven holiday observations per year and five early closings per year to aid in safer travel experiences before the major holidays.
Our headquarters are in Burlington, Massachusetts, about 13 miles northwest of Boston. We also have satellite offices in Latham, NY, Chicago, New York City, Los Angeles, London, and San Francisco.

When you walk through the breezeway entrance from the rear of the building, Burst is through the glass doors on your left in the East wing (Rebecca's Café is to the right in the West wing). The office entrance is on the second floor immediately at the top of the stairs, or on your left as you exit the elevators.
