David Hanger (Non-Executive Chairman)
David spent most of his career at The Economist holding various positions before becoming Publisher and Board Director. He is currently President of the European Federation of Magazine Publishers (FAEP) and Senior Partner of Media Strategy Partners. At industry support level he is Chairman of the Worshipful Company of Marketers Think Tank; Chairman of the Debating Group; VP of the History of Advertising Trust and Director of The Advertising Standards Board of Finance. He is also VP of the British Lung Foundation.

Jarvis Coffin (Chief Executive Officer)
Jarvis is a co-founder of Burst Media and has served as its Chief Executive Officer since its inception in 1995 and as a Director since 2000. From 1993 to 1995, Jarvis worked at the Los Angeles Times where he was Director of National Advertising. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Sales at Business Week for two years. Between 1985 and 1991, Jarvis was employed at USA Today where he held various positions, including Director of Northeastern Sales. He began his advertising career in 1979 at Dancer Fitzgerald Sample in New York. Jarvis has been a member of the Advertising Club of New York and the Lantern Club of Boston and was Chairman of the Newspaper Association of America's Committee on Financial Advertising. Jarvis obtained a BA in Political Science from Hobart College.

Steven Hill (Chief Financial Officer)
Steven joined the Burst Media management team as CFO in September, 2008, after serving on the Board of Directors since 2002. Steven has spent the last 25 years in the publishing, cable and software industries. Until 2004, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Salient Stills, Inc., a software company that commercializes image-processing technology originally developed in Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He also served as Senior Vice President for Continental Cablevision/MediaOne and led the successful development and launch of the company’s high-speed cable modem business. Following graduation from Stanford Business School in 1975, Steven spent three years at Arthur Andersen in the audit division.

David Stein (Chief Technology Officer)
David is a co-founder of Burst Media and has served as its Chief Technology Officer since 1995 and as a Director since 2000. In 1995, he created the Nerd World Media Internet Subject Index, one of the earliest search directories on the Internet. From 1991 until 1996, David was Director of New Product Development for Damirus Corporation, a privately owned software company located in Burlington, Massachusetts. Prior to 1991, he was an electrical engineer for the Raytheon Company. David obtained a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Vermont.

Brian Emsell (Senior Independent Non-Executive Director)
Brian was Group Operations Director (Europe) of Diversified Agency Services, a division of Omnicom, Inc. until the end of 2007. He has been a board member of numerous Omnicom companies. Prior to working at Omnicom, he was a board member at two companies, Boase Massimi Pollit and Davidson Pearce which were listed on the London Stock Exchange. He was Managing Director of Davidson Pearce during its flotation.

Jim Garrity (Non-Executive Director)
Jim Garrity has worked for three Fortune 50 companies in his career in sales and marketing positions. His career began with IBM in sales in the Tri-State (NY-CT-NJ) area. After 14 years in sales and sales leadership roles, he transitioned into Marketing & Communications. Garrity held a number of marketing and communications positions, the last one being Director of Advertising, IBM US, the position he held when he left IBM in 1992, At that time, he went to work for Compaq in Houston where he held two positions, the last being Vice President of Communications. From 1997- 2007, he served as Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer at First Union in Charlotte, NC.

He served as a member of the ANA board of directors from 1995-2007, and as a director of the board of the AdCouncil. In 1998, he served as Chairman of the Board of the ANA. From 1995- 2007, he served as founder and chairman of the ANA's New Technology Committee - a group focused on emerging developments in marketing and marketing communications techniques and technologies. He is currently a member of two technology company Advisory Boards.

Felice Kincannon (Non-Executive Director)
Felice Kincannon is an experienced advertising and management consultant. Recently, she was Chief Customer Officer of e-Tractions, an Internet marketing company based in Bedford, Massachusetts. Prior to e-Tractions, she was a Senior Officer of The Monitor Group. Before that, she was a consultant to Omnicom, where she sourced development companies in which Omnicom invested, including Agency.com, Organic, Razorfish, Red Sky Interactive and Think New Ideas.
